PENILAIAN RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA KEGIATAN LOADING DAN HAULING DI PT. BUKIT ASAM, TBK

The process of loading and hauling coal is one of the important activities of mining that have very high occupational safety and health hazards and risks. The purpose of this research is to identify hazards, risk assessment and control in coal loading and hauling activities at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The methods used are in-depth interviews and direct field observations. The number of informants in this study was 8 people consisting of 4 key informants and 4 main informants. The results of the risk assessment using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) table found 31 potential risks which are divided into 1 hazard with low risk, 4 hazard with moderate risk, 13 hazards with high risk and 13 hazards with very high risk. The results of risk control there are 27 (87.1%) low risks and 4 (12.9%) medium risks. Risk appetite is the type of risk that a company or organization is prepared to maintain or take. Risks taken by companies in HSE are adverse or low risk categories and medium risks need to be mitigated and monitored. For risk control that has been carried out, namely engineering (elimination, substitution, isolation), administration, work practices and PPE.
