HUBUNGAN ANTARA PELAKSANAAN ANTENATAL TERPADU DENGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA KEHAMILAN REMAJA DI KOTA PALEMBANG

Background: Adolescent pregnancy has various negative consequences, such as dropping out of school, a tendency towards child abuse, and a high risk of delivery complications, which contribute to the increase in maternal mortality rate (MMR). Efforts to ensure the implementation of quality antenatal services are important to discuss in order to reduce MMR. There is no specific data on the relationship between the implementation of integrated antenatal care and the quality of services for adolescent pregnancy, particularly in Palembang City. Mehod: This study was a cross-sectional study aimed at determining the relationship between the implementation of integrated antenatal care and the quality of services for adolescent pregnancies in health centers in Palembang City. The study population includes all pregnant teenagers (ages 10 – 19) who made antenatal visits in Palembang City. Pregnant women who do not have complete medical records, are not willing to be research samples, or cannot be contacted are excluded from the study. The quality of service includes 5 dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the correlation coefficient (r), R² value, and p-value of each quality dimension concerning integrated antenatal care. A p-value
