ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN EFISIENSI PADA INDUSTRI MINYAK GORENG DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the development of added value, efficiency and the correlation between added value and efficiency of the cooking oil industry in Indonesia with the ISIC code, namely 10432. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2012-2021. The analysis technique used in this research uses quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the highest added value in 2014 was 77.33 billion Rupiah and the lowest in 2016 was 3.52 billion Rupiah due to a decrease in output and high intermediate costs. Based on calculation results, the cooking oil industry has an average efficiency level of 0.59, which means the cooking oil industry in Indonesia is not efficient. Meanwhile, the correlation between added value and efficiency is 0.916587, which means there is a strong relationship between the variables.
