Menarche is the first menstruation in women. In Indonesia, the average age of menarche occurs early, which is at risk of reproductive health problems. Knowledge about reproductive health affects the response to menarche and determines a person's attitude. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health in facing menarche after education using animated videos. Sampling using purposive sampling technique obtained 32 students as an experimental group at State Elementary School 16 North Indralaya and 32 students as a control group at State Elementary School 2 North Indralaya. Analysis of research data using dependent t test with wilcoxon alternative test and independent t test with mann whitney alternative test. The results showed that there were differences in the knowledge and attitudes of female students before and after the intervention using animated video media and presentation media.
