Masturbation is the process of providing certain sexual stimulants to certain parts of the body in order to get certain sexual stimulation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between personal factors and environmental factors to masturbation activities among adolescent boys of FKM UNSRI students. This research is in the form of a quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design that is descriptive analysis with a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis was carried out in stages, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between health care knowledge and masturbation activities (p- value=0.23), pornography exposure (p-value=0.002), peer influence (p-value=0.016), lack of positive activities (p-value=0.003), and availability of privacy (p-value=0.001), and there was no relationship between age (p-value=0.593), and stress (p-value=0.555). It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between health knowledge, peers, lack of positive activities and the availability of privacy among young men of FKM UNSRI students. The suggestion from this research is that faculties should integrate education related to reproductive health for students, especially regarding the dangers of sexual behavior such as masturbation into the faculty curriculum as an effort to improve knowledge and attitudes. Teenagers are expected to further increase their knowledge, limit exposure to pornography, sort out their friendships and increase positive activities and control themselves so that they do not masturbate easily.
