Recredentialing aims to maintain and enhance the quality of healthcare services. The success of the recredentialing process in a healthcare facility can serve as a good example for other healthcare facilities and demonstrate that recredentialing can be a catalyst for continuous improvement in healthcare services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of recredentialing in the National Health Insurance program at Restu Ibu Clinic in Palembang City. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with 8 informants selected based on specific criteria or considerations. Data and information were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research was conducted at Restu Ibu Clinic, BPJS Kesehatan KC Palembang, and and the Health Office of Palembang City. The research results indicate that in terms of input, the recredentialing team at Restu Ibu Clinic consists of 5 personnel, there are no issues related to funding and availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, there are minor challenges, and the clinic does not have technical guidelines for the recredentialing process. Meanwhile, in terms of process, the clinic has met the administrative requirements. Regarding technical requirements, the aspects that the clinic has not yet completed include accreditation awards and awards from the Ministry of Health in terms of human resources, and the laboratory room in terms of facilities and infrastructure. In terms of communication networks, medical equipment, medications, and educational supplies, Restu Ibu Clinic has met BPJS Kesehatan standards. The service scope aspect is complete. Regarding the commitment to service, Restu Ibu Clinic is willing to fulfill all commitments in accordance with BPJS Kesehatan regulations. The output aspect, in the form of the recredentialing assessment results obtained by the clinic, is 95.78, which falls into category A, meaning it is highly recommended for collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan.
