PENILAIAN KESENJANGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN ANGKOT FEEDER LRT MUSI EMAS PERSPEKTIF PENUMPANG DAN PRAMUDI
This study aims to analyze the quality of public transportation services of the Musi Emas LRT Feeder in Palembang City based on the perceptions of passengers and drivers. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with the Servqual (Service Quality) approach which includes five dimensions: physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected through questionnaires to 350 passengers and 53 drivers in seven operational corridors. The results of the analysis show that only the reliability dimension has a significant difference between expectations and reality, while the other four dimensions show a negative but insignificant gap. In general, the service of the Musi Emas LRT Feeder Public Transportation is considered good but has not fully met user expectations. Improvements are needed in aspects of punctuality, driver responsiveness, and passenger comfort and safety to encourage public satisfaction and interest in using public transportation.
