PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PERUM BULOG KANWIL SUMATERA SELATAN DAN BANGKA BELITUNG

This study aims to: (1) measure employee performance through productivity, attendance, and punctuality; (2) analyze the influence of physical and non-physical work environments on performance; and (3) examine the relationship between work environment and employee performance. The research was conducted from May to June 2025 at the 8 Ilir Warehouse of Perum BULOG South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Regional Office using a survey and simple random sampling of 33 respondents from 120 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Spearman correlation. Results showed that both physical and non- physical work environments had a significant positive effect on performance (F = 43.884; Sig. < 0.001), with a strong correlation (r = 0.802). Improving work environment quality enhances operational effectiveness and supports national food security.
