PENGARUH TERAPI MENULIS EKSPRESIF TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KECEMASAN PADA REMAJA KORBAN BULLYING
Bullying in adolescents is an increasingly concerning phenomenon. Acts of intimidation, oppression, or violence committed against victims can have psychological impacts, the one is anxiety. Prolonged anxiety can hinder the emotional and academic development of adolescents One approach is used to reduce anxiety in victims of bullying is expressive writing therapy This therapy involves a writing process that aims to express emotional feelings so that it is expected to be able to reduce anxiety levels. This study aims to determine the effect of expressive writing therapy on changes in anxiety levels of adolescents who are victims of bullying at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. This study was a quantitative study using an experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest method. The study population consisted of 7th and 8th grade students who experienced bullying, with a total of 137 people. The study samples were 34 respondents was selected using probability sampling with a stratified random sampling technique. Each respondent did expressive writing therapy for 8 sessions with a duration of 20-25 minutes per session.
