Health development in Indonesia aims to improve the quality of health services and achieve a healthy Indonesia. In 2021, outpatient utilization in South Sumatra Province was still 42.88%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence outpatient utilization in South Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design, using secondary data from the March National Socio-Economic Survey (KOR) in 2023 South Sumatra Province. The sample amounted to 8,873 respondents selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test in bivariate analysis and the multiple logistic regression test in multivariate analysis.
