ANALISIS REKONSILIASI PENAMBANGAN BERDASARKAN MINE PLAN DESIGN DAN TARGET PRODUKSI DI PT DUTA BARA UTAMA, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM, SUMATERA SELATAN

PT Duta Bara Utama is one of the companies engaged in coal mining and is one of several private companies that have the opportunity and license in Muara Enim Regency. The actual in the field shows non-achievement and discrepancies between the situation in the field and the planned mining plan. So it is necessary to analyze the causes of non achievement and discrepancies based on the planned production targets and mine plan design. In March 2024, the overburden production target is 245,594.79 bcm and the achievement is 184,422.76 bcm or 75% of the target, while for coal is 160,527.69 tons and the achievement is 173,382.46 tons or 108% of the target. Data collection methods carried out during field research are primary data and secondary data, there was a non achievement of the mine plan design in April 2024 and there were discrepancies such as overcut and undercut in the actual field so that the actual production obtained was 63% of the production plan, namely 178,061.48 bcm for overburden, and 76% of the production plan, namely 152,811.76 tons for coal. Meanwhile, the total undercut volume for overburden is 103,119.63 bcm and 48,302.96 tons for coal, while the total overcut for overburden is 11,794.4 bcm and 423.12 tons for coal. The non-achievement of the mine plan design is due to the actual productivity and effective working time that is smaller than planned, and the total rain and slippery hours required in the actual field are longer than expected. The impact caused by the non-achievement and non conformity of the mine plan design to the actual realization in the field is the increase in stripping ratio (SR) in the following month, and there are locations that are not in accordance with the planned elevation. Meanwhile, efforts can be made to overcome the impacts such as rescheduling effective work time, and suppressing long delay time due to obstacles that can be avoided by using dozer tools as secondary work to tidy up mining front loading, so as to increase tool productivity, application of bench slope stakes.
