Background: Anemia is a common nutritional problem, especially in adolescent girls, which can negatively impact in quality of life and long-term health. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education using booklets media on the level of knowledge and attitudes about anemia in adolescent patients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital of Palembang. Methods: The study used a quantitative approach with a case study, where educational interventions were delivered through engaging and easily accessible booklets. Results: The study showed that the three patients experienced significant improvements in knowledge and attitudes after the education. Discussion The results: confirmed that the use of booklets media as an educational tool was effective in increasing awareness and understanding of nutrition essential for anemia prevention. Conclusion: Nutrition education using booklets media is a feasible and effective non- pharmacological intervention in pediatric nursing practice, particularly for preventing and managing anemia among adolescents.
