STUDI HUBUNGAN PARAMETER MORFOMETRI TERHADAP TINGKAT KERAWANAN LONGSOR DAERAH SUKARAYA DAN SEKITARNYA, KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU, SUMATERA SELATAN
Geographically, the study area is located in Sukaraya and its surrounding areas, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra. This study aims to evaluate the level of tectonic activity related to the presence of the Air Gading Fault through quantitative geomorphological analysis. The evaluation was conducted using morphometric parameters from the watershed (DAS), including Valley Floor Width to Height Ratio (Vf), Mountain Front Sinuosity (Smf), Drainage Density (Dd), Bifurcation Ratio (Rb), as well as Hypsometric Integral (HI) and Hypsometric Curve (Strahler, 1952; Keller & Pinter, 2002). The main data used were Digital Elevation Model (DEM) images and watershed maps analyzed using a geomorphotectonic approach (El Hamdouni et al., 2008). The evaluation results in the Ogan Sub-watershed show variations in morphometric values: Dd is classified as class 2, Rb is in classes 1 and 2, HI is in class 2, Smf is in classes 2–3, and Vf is in class 3. All of these parameters are then used to calculate the Index of Active Tectonics (IAT) to interpret the level of tectonic activity. The IAT value shows that segments 1 and 3 are in class 3 (moderate) and segment 2 is in class 2 (high), so that overall the research location is categorized as having a moderate to active level of tectonic activity.
