Tourism sector is one of the leading sectors in the Province of Bangka Belitung Island. Based on the Strategy Development of Featured Destinations and Tourism Village in Bangka Belitung Island, there are several areas that have been established by the provincial government to be developed, one of West Bangka Regency is in the tourist area Muntok and surrounding areas. As a tourist area, West Bangka does not have accommodation facilities that can accommodate the activity of tourism. The design of the Resort Hotel in Batu Berani Beach, West Bangka aims to fill the needs of accommodation facilities, as well as realizing the development efforts of the tourism sector that is being done in the Tanjung Area. This Hotel Resort will feature the visual and functional relationship between resort hotel buildings and the environmental conditions. The building is realized also by maximizing the potential of coastal view in the placement of space orientation and building mass in linearly follow the shoreline
