The use of an electronic catalog system (e-catalogue) in drug procurement can increase the effectiveness, efficiency and transparency of procurement. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles to the incompatibility of receiving drugs in terms of quantity, time and price. This study aims to analyze the procurement of electronic drugs at the Padang Selasa Health Center. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection uses instruments in the form of in-depth interview guidelines, observation sheets and literature document reviews. The informants in this study consisted of 7 informants. The results showed that the implementation of electronic drug procurement (e-purchasing) at the Padang Selasa Health Center still had problems with inaccurate calculation of drug needs, mismatches in arrival time, quantity and payment of drugs and lack of responsiveness of providers that may affect the availability of drugs. The conclusion of the study is that the procurement of electronic drugs at the Padang Tuesday Health Center has not been carried out optimally. Therefore it is necessary to improve the calculation of drug needs, and select providers based on the accuracy of drug fulfillment history.
