STUDI SENSITIVITAS BATAS RESIKO KELAYAKAN EKONOMI PROYEK PENAMBANGAN EMAS DI PT MINEVESTING RESOURCES INDONESIA, RATATOTOK GOLD MINE PROJECT, SULAWESI UTARA
Sensitivity studies on investment capital, operating costs, and commodity prices will provide clearer insights related to the risk limits of the economic feasibility of mining projects. Through this research, it can be used to increase knowledge and understanding of the sensitivity of investment capital, operational costs, and commodity prices to net present value as an effort to determine the risk limits of the economic feasibility of mining projects. The technique used in data analysis involves combining theory and field data, so that a problem-solving approach can be obtained. After the data is collected, the next step is grouping and processing the data using Microsoft Excel. The mining project of PT Minevesting Resources Indonesia, Site Ratatotok Gold Mine Project for the next 6 years starting from 2023 is feasible to run with two mining project feasibility parameters in the form of NPV and IRR. The NPV on this mining project is 6.4 million USD which means it is greater than 0 USD and the IRR on this mining project is 51.60% which means it is greater than the WACC value (7.94%) so this project is feasible to run. Based on the sensitivity analysis results, the most sensitive variable is price. A 10% Decreased price results in a 55% decrease in NPV or 3.55 Million USD. The risk limit for mining activities based on sensitivity analysis if the maximum price decrease is 17.88%. If there is a price decline of up to 20% then this investment is declared not feasible.
