This research aims to analyze the impact of digitalization, educational performance, processing industry growth, and GDP (Gross Domestic Product) on unemployment in 5 low income countries. The data used in research in this study is panel data consisting of cross-section and time series data. The cross-section data in this research consists of 5 Low Income countries and the time series data in this research has a time span of 2015-2020. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model estimation. The research results found that Educational Performance, Manufacturing Industry Growth, and GDP (Gross Domestic Product) had a negative effect on Unemployment in 5 Low Income Countries. Meanwhile, digitalization has a positive effect on unemployment in 5 low income countries
