PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV LIMA BERSAUDARA DI MUARA ENIM

This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment and selection on employee performance at CV. Lima Bersaudara. The research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of the employees of CV. Lima Bersaudara. The sampling technique used is the census method, with a total sample of 48 respondents. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the Recruitment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as does the Selection variable (X2), which also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Lima Bersaudara.
