PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN MINAT BELAJAR MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI ZOOM MEETING TAHUN 2023-2024

The change in learning methods from offline to online requires Sriwijaya University students or lecturers to change the way they communicate. This study was used to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Learning Interest of Sriwijaya University Students on the Effectiveness of Using the Zoom Meeting Application in 2023-2024. This study uses three variables, namely Interpersonal Communication, Learning Interest, and Effectiveness of Using the Zoom Meeting Application. The theory in this study uses Uses and Gratification and there are several other supporting theories to solve the problems in this study. The instrument test in this study is divided into validity tests and reliability tests. This study was tested using the SmartPLS4 application. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method using questionnaire distribution and data analysis using simple tabulation. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained in this study are, the Interpersonal Communication variable gets a score of 86.2% in the very good category and the Learning Interest variable gets a score of 86.3% in the very good category, the Effectiveness of Using the Zoom Meeting Application variable gets a score of 89.5% in the very good category. So the results of the hypothesis in this study are in the positive category and have a significant influence.
