Background: Schizophrenia is a mental illness that can negatively impact a person's ability to think, communicate, see, understand, and express emotions. One of the signs and symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. The type of hallucinations that many clients with schizophrenia suffer from is auditory hallucinations. As a result of untreated hallucinations, unwanted things can arise such as hallucinations that tell you to commit suicide and hurt others. One of the management for hallucinations is non-pharmacological in the form of quranic healing therapy. Quranic healing therapy aims to lower the hormone cortisol so that a sense of calm appears and provides an effect so that it is able to control hallucinations. Objective: To apply quranic healing therapy to the psychiatric care of clients with sensory perception disorders: audiotory hallucinations in the Merpati Room of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province. Method: The writing of this scientific paper used a qualitative descriptive method of a case study approach to 3 clients with sensory perception disorders: audiotory hallucinations given quranic healing therapy. Result: After generalist therapy of implementation strategy (SP) 1-4 and quranic healing therapy, there was a decrease in the auditory hallucination rating scale (AHRS); Mr. Y scored 24 (severe hallucinations) decreased to 9 (mild hallucinations), Mr. K scored 26 (severe hallucinations) to 10 (mild hallucinations), and Mr. F scored 29 (severe hallucinations) to 9 (mild hallucinations). In the 10 signs and symptoms that appeared after being given quranic healing therapy, there was decrease in signs and symptoms: Mr. Y from a score of 8 to 3, Mr. K from a score of 9 to 2, and Mr. F from a score 9 to 3. Discussion: The quranic healing therapy can be a non-pharmacological therapy that complements pharmacological therapy interventions. A quranic healing therapy can be included in the administration of generalist therapy implementation strategies (SP) 1-4 and be used as a follow-up plan for clients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. This therapy can be given according to the results of the assessment of the client regarding the time or when the hallucinations appear, it can reduce the signs and symptoms experienced by the client when the hallucinations arise.
