ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL SOSIAL EKONOMI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DI NEGARA ASEAN-6

This study aims to analyze whether the human development index, labor force participation rate, foreign direct investment, and exports have effect on labor productivity in ASEAN-6 countries. The data used are time series data from 2005 to 2022 and cross section data on 6 ASEAN countries using the SYS-GMM dynamic panel method. The results show that human development index and foreign direct investment have a significant positive effect on labor productivity in ASEAN-6 countries, while labor force participation rate and exports have a negative effect on labor productivity in ASEAN-6 countries. The most dominant variable affecting labor productivity is human development index.
