PENGARUH TEMPERATUR TERHADAP FAKTOR DISIPASI DIELEKTRIK (TAN δ) DAN KEKUATAN TEMBUS PADA BAKELITE SHEET
This study discusses the effect of temperature on Bakelite Sheet material. Tests were conducted on Bakelite Sheet samples treated with temperatures of 150°C, 200°C, and 250°C with a heating time of 30 minutes. As a comparison, tests were also conducted on unheated Bakelite Sheet control samples. The samples were made in the form of sheets with a length of 50 mm, a width of 50 mm, and a thickness of 2 mm. The tests carried out were tan δ and breakdown voltage tests. The results of the tan δ test value of the Bakelite Sheet control sample were 7.61 x 10^-2, while in the tan δ measurement of Bakelite Sheet samples exposed to temperatures of 150°C, 200°C, and 250°C for 30 minutes, respectively, were 7.75 x 10^-2; 8.40 x 10^-2; 8.70 x 10^-2. The breakdown voltage test results for the Bakelite Sheet sample were 15.93 kV, while the breakdown voltage measurements for Bakelite Sheet samples exposed to temperatures of 150°C, 200°C, and 250°C for 30 minutes were 15.08 kV; 18.69 kV; and 18.48 kV, respectively. The test results concluded that as the temperature applied to the Bakelite Sheet sample increases, the tan δ value and the voltage required for the sample to break through also increase.
