Background: Endometrial carcinoma is an epithelial malignancy that occurs in the endometrium, the innermost layer of the uterine wall. Endometrioid endometrial carcinoma is the most common histopathological type of endometrial carcinoma. This type is associated with estrogen exposure without progesterone (unopposed estrogen) and risk factors such as advanced age, obesity, and nulliparity. Study on the prevalence, clinical characteristics, and grade of differentiation endometrioid endometrial carcinoma in Indonesia, particularly at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang, remains limited; therefore, this study was conducted. Methods: This was a descriptive study using secondary data from the medical records of patients diagnosed with endometrioid endometrial carcinoma in the Department of Anatomical Pathology, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. The analyzed variables included prevalence, patient age, menopausal status, parity, and histopathological grade of differentiation. Results: This study showed that the prevalence of endometrioid endometrial carcinoma during 2022–2024 was 64,97%. The clinical characteristics of the patients were as follows: 35,4% were aged 50–59 years, 63,5% were postmenopausal, and nulliparous accounted for 35,4%. In addition, 49,0% of patients had grade 2 histopathological differentiation. Conclusion: The prevalence of endometrioid endometrial carcinoma during 2022-2024 was 64,97%. The most common clinical characteristics were patients aged 50–59 years, predominantly postmenopausal, with the highest parity distribution found in nulliparous groups. The most frequent histopathological grade of differentiation was grade 2.
