Complementary feeding (MPASI) given from 6 months to 24 months can prevent stunting in children. However, the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) in 2023 showed that the proportion of food (amount and type of food) that is appropriate for children aged 6-24 months is still low. Education using booklet media can be an option because it has been proven to increase mothers' knowledge about complementary feeding for children. Booklets are able to disseminate information in a relatively short time and can contain complete information. Providing family nursing care using booklet media to increase mothers' knowledge about complementary foods to prevent stunting. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. There were three nursing problems found in the three managed families with the main nursing problem being a knowledge deficit regarding complementary feeding to prevent stunting. The three families were given health education with booklet media about complementary food. The results showed that the three families said they knew and understood about complementary feeding to prevent stunting in children. The family's knowledge deficit about complementary food is related to the family's inability to recognise health problems to prevent stunting by providing complementary food. The three families were given complementary food education using booklet media in 3 meetings. The three managed families showed the following.
