PERAN SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP WORK-LIFE BALANCE PADA SINGLE MOTHER YANG BEKERJA
This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy on work-life balance in working single mothers. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a role of self-efficacy on work-life balance in working single mothers. The population in this study were working single mothers. The number of samples in this study consisted of 150 working single mothers with 50 working single mothers for the trial. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. This study used two scales as measuring instruments, namely the self-efficacy scale based on aspects of Bandura (1997) and the work-life balance scale based on aspects of Greenhaus, Collins, and Shaw (2003). Data analysis in this study was carried out using simple regression analysis techniques.
