This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem with fear of negative evaluation in ex-convict. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a relationship between self-esteem with fear of negative evaluation. Participants in this study were 187 ex-convicts. The sampling technique used in this study is insidental sampling. This study uses two scales as measuring tools, namely the self-esteem scale which refers to the aspects of Coopersmith (1979), and the fear of negative evaluation scale which refers to the dimensions of Watson and Friend (1969). Data analysis in this study was conducted using pearson product moment correlation technique.
