VALUASI EKONOMI HUTAN RAWA BERGAMBUT DI SEKITAR KAWASAN INDUSTRI GASING KECAMATAN TALANG KELAPA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN.

The objectives of this research are (1) to describe how resource management is conducted around the Gasing industrial area in Gasing Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency; and (2) to analyze the total economic value around the Gasing Industrial Area. This study was conducted in Gasing Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, in March 2024. The research methods used are survey methods and purposive sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study are: (1) The direct benefits of the peat wetland area around the Gasing Village industrial area are divided into two, namely benefits from fish catching with a total benefit value of IDR 1,123,461,800, and benefits from the harvesting of gelam wood with a total benefit value of IDR 681,974,000; (2) The indirect benefits of the wetland area around the Gasing Village industrial area amount to IDR 1,241,993,760; (3) The option benefits of the wetland area around the Gasing Village industrial area amount to IDR 133,093,275; (4) The total benefits from the natural resource assets around the Gasing Village industrial area amount to IDR 3,702,720,000; (5) The total benefit value of the Gasing Village industrial area amounts to IDR 8,324,849,990.
