The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the employees performance of the National and Political Unity Agency of South Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. the population in this study was 67 respondents and used a saturated sample so that the sample was the entire study population who were employees of the National and Political Unity Agency of South Sumatra Province. the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. the result of this study show that work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of the National and Political Unity Agency of South Sumatra Province
