SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI BAHAN NixCo(1-x)TiO3 SEBAGAI PENYERAP GELOMBANG MIKRO
The synthesis of perovskite-based electromagnetic wave absorber material NixCo(1-x)TiO3 aims to make the material can function as an electromagnetic wave absorber material. NixCo(1-x)TiO3 was synthesised using solid state reaction method with the help of High Energy Milling (HEM) tool. The NixCo(1-x)TiO3 material was characterised by XRD to determine the phase and crystal system formed, SEM-EDS to determine the morphology and constituents, and VNA to determine the electromagnetic absorption capability. The phase formed in NixCo(1-x)TiO3 material is single phase CoTiO3 and the crystal system is trigonal (rhombohedral axes). The resulting particle size has a range of 100-700 nm. Material with x=0.75 has the best composition to have the ability to absorb electromagnetic waves of 96% (-14.5 dB) at a frequency of 5.94 GHz.
