The aim of this research is to determine the influence of environmental, social and governance (ESG), leverage, interest rates and tax planning on stock returns. The population of this research is 83 mining sector companies and 47 banking companies listed on the indonesia stock excahnge (BEI) for the 2021-2023 period. This research using secondary data. This research uses a purposive sampling teachnique with a sample size of 19 companies over a 5 year observation period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 27 tools. The research results show that environmental, social and governance (ESG). leverage, interest rates have an effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, tax planning has no effect on stock returns.
