This study aims to determine the influence of training and motivation on employee performance. This study uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods assisted by the SPSS program. The sample in this study is 128 non-permanent employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Main Branch, Captain A. Rivai, Palembang, who are actively working. The data collection technique is used by distributing questionnaires. The research instruments were tested with validity tests and reliability tests. The data was then analyzed using the results of the research. The results of this study are that Training and Motivation have a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance at Bank Sumsel Babel Main Branch Captain A. Rivai Palembang.
