Farmers in Telang Sari Village use two types of seeds in their rice farming: hybrida and inbryda rice. The use of two types of hybrida and inbryda seeds makes a difference in farmer production and income. The purpose of this study is to: 1) Analyze the differences in production and income of Hybrida and Inbryda Rice in Tidal Rice Fields in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, 2) Analyze the production factors that influence the production of Hybrida and Inbryda Rice Farming in Tidal Rice Fields in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, 3) Analyze the efficiency of production factors of Hybrida and Inbrydaa Rice Farming in Tidal Rice Fields in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The research method is a survey method and sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling to reflect the proportion of farmers using hybrida and inbryda seeds. The number of respondents in this study was 56 farmers, consisting of 34 hybrida rice farmers and 22 inbryda rice farmers. The results of the study showed that: 1) there are differences in production and income of hybrida and inbryda rice farmers. The average hybrida rice production is 8.353 Kg/Ha and inbryda rice is 6.364 Kg/Ha. The income of hybrida rice farmers averages Rp46.439.971 Ha/MT and inbryda rice is Rp34.009.136 Ha/MT. This shows that although hybrida rice requires relatively more input, it is able to provide greater production results and income. 2) Production factors that influence hybrida rice production are land area, seeds, phonska fertilizer, pesticides. 3) The results of the calculation of the allocative efficiency value of hybrida and inbryda rice farming are
