n this work practice/internship, the focus of the author's observation is the procedure for determining bills and paying household water accounts at Perumda Tirta Musi. This procedure is designed to ensure the smooth supply of clean water to the community, starting from raw water treatment, distribution to customers, to monitoring service quality. Billing is done based on proper water meter recording, providing various payment options for easy customer access. The purpose of this work practice is to understand billing procedures, identify obstacles that arise in the payment process, and find solutions to overcome them. The benefits of this activity include practical experience for the author in the field of financial administration and bill management, as well as providing recommendations for Perumda Tirta Musi to improve operational procedures and customer satisfaction.
