This research aims to determine the influence of integrity and competence partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Palembang City Fire Department. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample in the research were 42 employees of the Palembang City Fire Department. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, it is known that integrity has a significant effect on employee performance of the Palembang City Fire Department employees. Competency has a significant effect on employee performance of the Palembang City Fire Department employees. Integrity and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of the Palembang City Fire Department employees. Keywords: Integrity, Competence, Work Performance
