FENOMENA PENGEDARAN NARKOBA (SABU-SABU) DI DESA BERUGO, KECAMATAN BELIMBING, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
This study aims to discuss in more depth the phenomenon of drug distribution (methamphetamine) in Berugo Village, Belimbing District, Muara Enim Regency. As an education for the community so that they are not included in the drug distribution network (methamphetamine) either as a dealer or user. A phenomenon is a symptom which means something or a condition of an unusual event and must be given special attention, and sometimes gives a sign that something will happen. The purpose of this study is to find out how the phenomenon of drug distribution (methamphetamine) in Berugo Village, Belimbing District, Muara Enim Regency, and to analyze what are the factors causing the emergence of the phenomenon of drug distribution (methamphetamine). The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study strategy. This study uses the social network theory from Saharudin (2023). Data obtained with 2 key informants, 2 main informants, and 4 supporting informants through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the phenomenon of drug distribution (methamphetamine) in Berugo village is in the form of a network and within the network there are three levels, the first is the micro level; at this level the phenomenon of drug distribution occurs between users and users, the second is the meso level; at this level drug distribution occurs between users and drug dealer groups, the third is the macro level; at this level drug distribution occurs between groups and drug dealer groups (methamphetamine). The factors causing the emergence of the phenomenon of drug distribution in Berugo village are economic factors and in it there are internal and external factors, and in external factors there is a bad environment and also unhealthy relationships as driving factors for the emergence of the phenomenon of drug distribution (methamphetamine) in Berugo Village, Belimbing District, Muara Enim Regency.
