DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI DIGITAL BANKING TERHADAP INKLUSI KEUANGAN DI INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the effect of digital banking on financial inclusion in Indonesia using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The secondary data used in this study were obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI) publications. By using monthly data for the period 2020–2023. The results of this study reveal that in the short term, digital banking variables, namely ATMs, mobile banking, internet banking, EDC, and e-money, have no significant effect on financial inclusion indicators, namely deposits and bank loans. In the long term, digital banking variables have a significant effect on bank deposits. Digital banking variables, namely ATMs, mobile banking, internet banking, and EDC, do not have a significant effect on bank credit, but e-money has a significant effect on bank credit.
