SISTEM MONITORING DAN PENGENDALIAN KADAR OKSIGEN DALAM AIR LIMBAH RUMAH TANGGA BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT)
Water is essential for life, but pollution from industrial and household waste, such as detergent water, soap, and sewage, can degrade its quality and harm human health. An effective solution to this problem is the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL), which treats liquid waste to ensure it can be safely discharged into the environment. This project aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Monitoring and Control System to monitor oxygen levels and the temperature of household wastewater. The system uses NodeMCU ESP8266, DS18B20 sensors, and Blynk for real-time and remote monitoring and control of water quality. The Dissolved Oxygen and DS18B20 sensors measure water quality, which can be accessed via the internet. An automatic aerator activates when oxygen levels drop, ensuring water quality is maintained. Test results show that the IoT-based oxygen level monitoring and control system effectively monitors and controls oxygen levels based on the measured water temperature. The temperature sensor's error percentage is 0.24%.
