PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DI KLINIK KECANTIKAN PUSPITA LAMPUNG

This research aims to determine the effect of work life balance on employee loyalty at the Puspita Lampung Beauty Clinic. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 55 employees of the Puspita Lampung Beauty Clinic. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that work life balance (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y).
