IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENERBITAN REKOMENDASI ADVICE PLANNING DALAM PENGENDALIAN PEMANFAATAN RUANG DI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy for issuing advice planning recommendations in controlling space utilization in the public works and spatial planning department of Ogan Ilir district. The implementation model used in this research is the Ripley and Franklin policy implementation model. The criteria for measuring the success of policy implementation are based on three dimensions, namely compliance, smooth functioning routines, and desired performance and impact. This research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques use are documentation, observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the policy for publishing advice planning recommendations in controlling space utilization in the public works department and spatial planning of Ogan Ilir district has gone quite well, but there are still several indicators that are obstacles so that the publishing process cannot be carried out optimally. This research recommends that further studies can dig deeper into the implementation of issuing advice planning recommendations using either qualitative or quantitative methods by looking at other aspects and the relevant agencies can improve things that are obstacles in the implementation process so that recommendations can be issued.
