This study aims to determine the form of natural resource management strategy carried out by BUMDes in Burai Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency." The data source used in this research is primary data. The primary data source in this research was obtained through interviews and observations of natural resource management by BUMDes in Burai Village. This study uses strategic management theory written by Dr. H. Paroli, SE.M.M with descriptive qualitative research methods and using a case study approach. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation. The determination of informants in this research was carried out purposively with the aim of obtaining more in- depth information in accordance with the research problem. The results of this study show that the forms of natural resource management strategies in Burai Village by BUMDes are very diverse, including selecting quality human resources through strict selection, effective financial strategies, and accurate marketing strategies. With this natural resource management strategy, it has had quite a positive impact on the management of natural resources carried out by BUMDes in Burai Village. The types of natural resources that have been utilized by BUMDes are agriculture, fisheries and MSMEs resulting from fish management.
