ANALISIS REKONSILIASI PENAMBANGAN NIKEL LATERIT BERDASARKAN MONTHLY SCHEDULLING DI PIT SAMAENRE E PT CERIA NUGRAHA INDOTAMA, KABUPATEN KOLAKA, SULAWESI TENGGARA
One of the companies that has produce Laterit Nickel Mining Industry is PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama located in Wolo, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama is a mining company that has abundant natural resources and implements sustainable practises. At pit Samaenre E it has been declared mined out. In the pit that has been mined out, it is necessary to reconcile (comparison between the plan and the actual mining) to get an analysis of “why can be difference?” and not be repeated a mistake in the next pit. Therefore, this is the background of this research. Reconciliation is not only comparing between plan and actual but can also be collaborated with mining schedulling. This research aims to evaluate the schedulling per period of a Mining pit which will later be used for reconciliation also. Mining schedulling made in the Geovia Minesched software which has previously been calculated reserve in the Geovia Surpac. The results of this schedulling can be a reference to make a sequence per period and can also maximise mining results through the optimal mining direction. In the estimated reserves calculated, there is an estimated reserve of 218.445-tons with a Ni content of 1.59%. In the results of the schedule at pit Samaenre E, it is scheduled to be mined out in 7 periods with stagnant ore and optimal levels each period. In the mined block model, there is 172,473-ton of mined ore with a Ni content of 1.56%. And in the actual calculation through the checker there is a mined ore of 224.205-tons with a Ni content of 1.67%. The result is a reconciliation of schedulling with the actual calculation of 103%, and the reconciliation of the block model with the actual calculation of 130% with each grade recovery >100%. My recommendation in this company is doing a schedulling calculations using Geovia Minesched for making a mining sequences per period is more optimal and more maximised in terms of selective mining so that there is no overcut that produces a lot of overburden.
