This research is entitled "Evaluation of occupational health and safety policies in the management of oil and gas at PT Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Palembang". to find out the number of accidents and occupational diseases at PT Pertamina Integrated Terminal Palembang. The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses the CIPP Model Evaluation theory developed by Daniel Stufflebeam which consists of 4 dimensions, namely Context, Input, Process, and Product. Based on the conclusions of the research, it can be seen that the K3 policy at PT Pertamina Integrated Terminal Palembang has been successful. It can be seen from the data obtained that the occurrence of work accidents and occupational diseases has decreased every year.
