This research aims to determine the implementation of health services by Puskesmas health workers in providing treatment to pregnant women in Sri Agung Village, Karang Agung Ilir District. Using role theory by Biddle and Thomas, the main data for this research were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that there are five indicators regarding behavior in relation to roles, in this case the role of Puskesmas health workers in providing treatment to pregnant women, which is reflected in the first indicator, namely expectation, norm, performance (form of behavior), evaluation (assessment) and sanction (sanction). Then there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Community Health Center activity program consisting of the difficulty of determining the right time for the community when health services are to be implemented, also the difficulty of road access to the Community Health Center, lack of facilities or facilities and infrastructure at the Community Health Center plus the limited number of health workers, making health services inadequate. well scheduled, also not optimal.
