TINGKAT KEPUASAN DAN KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP COFFEE SHOP DEKULTUR DI KECAMATAN ILIR BARAT 1 KOTA PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN
The habit of drinking coffee is currently a new trend that is developing in various levels of society. To support people's coffee lifestyle, Kopi Dekultur serves coffee without preservatives which can be enjoyed by various groups, both young and old. The aim of this research is to analyze the characteristics of Dekultur Coffee Shop consumers, determine the level of consumer satisfaction and decisions using the CSI and IPA methods. This research was conducted in May 2024 at the Dekultur Coffee Shop. Dekultur Coffee Shop, founded in 2019 by Bimo Perkasa in Palembang, is a coffee shop that is quite popular among young people. This Dekultur Coffee Shop has a comfortable place and complete facilities so that consumers feel comfortable. The method used was descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfication Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) involving 40 respondents. The CSI result of 86.82 percent shows that the majority of consumers are very satisfied with the performance provided by Dekultur Coffee Shop. However, there are several attributes that have a low level of performance. As well as the results of calculations using a Likert Scale which shows an average value of 4.43 and is included in the Very High criteria.
