Lebak swamp land is one of the suboptimal lands that has potential as alternative land for the development of the agricultural sector. This research aims to determine and calculate water availability in the future using the F. J Mock method in the Lebak Tengahan swamp land in Glebek Dalam Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and descriptive analysis and direct observation (Observation). The analysis used in this research used the F. J Mock method. The most dominant input in the F. J Mock Model is rain which is processed into monthly or mid-monthly average rain. There are 10 parameters used in this research data analysis According to measurement results, Potential Evapotranspiration (Ep) was highest in December, namely 0.71 mm/month, while the lowest was in March, namely 0.14 mm/month. The value of water availability in the watershed in Glebek Dalam Village is expected to meet the needs of the area quantitatively. The analysis used in this research used the F. J. Mock method. The Water Surplus in this research measurement is that March has the highest Water Surplus at 322.71 mm/month, indicating that this month is the peak of the rainy season or the period with the highest rainfall. September and October, on the other hand, have the lowest Water Surplus, respectively 0.61 and 0.41 mm/month, indicating a period of drought or a very dry dry season.
