PENGARUH SELEKSI KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM LEMATANG ENIM (PERSERODA) CABANG MUARA ENIM

This studi aim to determine the effect of employee selection on employee work performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Lematang Enim (Perseroda) Muara Enim Branch. The population in this study were all of the employees at Regional Drinking Water Company Lematang Enim (Perseroda) Muara Enim Branch, amountung to 66 employees. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling (census) where the entire population was used as a sample so the sample amounted to 66 employees. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. This reseacrh method uses simple liniear regression analysis and uses spss software. The result of this study show that employee selection have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Lematang Enim (Perseroda) Muara Enim Branch.
