The development of information technology has become a massive necessity from various fields, thus making work from various sectors more effective and efficient, especially in managing data. In medical services, the information system is one of the supports in carrying out the patient data management process such as data management and patient reports. Therefore, a patient data management system and reports were built using Laravel and React JS technology and Mysql as a database. The method used in designing this system is waterfall where the process will be carried out sequentiaUy. The final result oftbjs system wiJJ be a patient and clinic data administration application in the form of a website. After testing using the Black Box method, it can be concluded that the application runs well and without obstacles.
