PERAN WORK MOTIVATION TERHADAP WORKFORCE AGILITY PADA REMOTE WORKER
Technological advancements have transformed the way people work. One significant change is the shift from conventional work models to remote working, which allows tasks to be carried out more flexibly and efficiently. However, remote working also presents its own challenges, requiring employees to demonstrate resilience in facing these obstacles. One factor that can influence employee resilience is work motivation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of work motivation as an independent variable on workforce agility as the dependent variable. The subjects of this research were remote workers, with a total of 246 employees, along with an additional 50 employees for a pilot test. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis.
