This study aims to determine the influence of workload on employee work stress at Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Kota Palembang and the influence of work environment on employee work stress at Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Kota Palembang. This research is a casual associative research using a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling or census techniques, which are 67 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires while data analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the workload has a positive and significant influence on employee work stress at Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Kota Palembang. While the work environment has no negative and significant influence on employee work stress at Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Kota Palembang.
