ANALISIS VARIABEL EKONOMI DAN DEMOGRAFI PADA UPAH BURUH KARET DI DESA BUMI KAWA KECAMATAN LENGKITI KABUPATEN OKU

This research was conducted to determine the influence of age, number of family members, land area, working hours, and gender on the wages earned by rubber workers in Bumi Kawa Village. The data used primary data with 46 respondents of rubber workers. The analysis technique in this study employed multiple linear regression descriptive analysis method with OLS (Ordinary Least square) method. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that age and number of family members have a negative influence on the level of wages earned by rubber workers. Land area, working hours, and gender have a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, the gender variable has a positive but insignificant influence.
